Since I was little, I wondered why people do what they do; lots of times it didn’t make much sense to me at all. 

Once I found a whole field of study devoted to understanding human behavior, emotions, relationships and communication, I knew I was in the right place! I pursued my passion including a love for people and a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Clinical Psychology.

I love people and strive to help you understand yourself and your deepest desires. Together, we can strengthen what you are doing right, lessen your pain, and give you more satisfaction and more choices in your life. Once you find your passion, life makes much more sense and joy seems to find you!

Personally, I have been married over 30 years to an amazing guy! We have two precious grown daughters, our oldest is a passionate professional Ballerina and our youngest is a faithful Karate Brown Belt and Firefighter who loves to serve and protect others.  Our home also hosts two delightful pups who both love to play and be pampered with treats any day, any time.  We are active Christians and I never push my beliefs on anyone.

For fun I enjoy relaxing on the beach, playing tennis, riding bike, hiking, ice skating, hot air ballooning, kayaking, reading and I love tasty food (especially chicken Fajitas or for dessert; Key Lime Pie or Dark Chocolate Mousse) and playing chase and Hide & Seek with Olly our Collie and Rozie our Terrier (both rescues).
